The Big Dog cutting board is manufactured using food quality Polypropylene and has passed FDA testing requirements. Designed to fit the 45 Quart Big Dog cooler and the Big Dog 45 Quart and 60 Quart rolling coolers, the cutting board is durable for outdoor use and double sided to prevent food cross contamination. The cutting board provides a nice, flat surface to prepare food when not in the kitchen. Cutting boards are dishwasher safe.
