Returns Policy

At District Mailing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that meet the following requirements:

  • Product is unused and unopened

  • Product is in its original packaging

  • Product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • CPAP masks

  • CPAP cushions

  • Headgear

  • Tubing

  • Humidifier chambers

  • Medical and respiratory products that have been opened or used

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team before returning any item.

  2. Receive return authorization instructions.

  3. Securely package the product.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
