This oil is formulated to help clean out sludge buildup and keep engines running clean and with  increased efficiency and power. It is specially designed for engines with over 75,000 miles.  FRAM Conventional High Mileage 5W30 Engine Oil will protect domestic and imported vehicles and  equipment powered with either gasoline or light duty diesel engines - even those that are turbo charged or super-charged. This high-quality oil is specifically formulated to meet or exceed  all new car manufacturers' warranty requirements as well as the stringent industry standards API  SP/CF, and 5W-30 grade will also meet or exceed the ILSAC GF-6A  Resource Conserving Service Category.
