Description
An ACCEL SuperCoil ignition coil with its body molded in ACCEL yellow, designed as a direct performance replacement for the factory coil-on-plug unit on 1.5L four-cylinder engines. ACCEL builds these coils with a silicon steel core, an advanced bobbin and tuned windings, and rates them at up to 15 percent more spark energy than original-equipment coils.
A high-temperature epoxy fill protects the windings from shock and vibration and helps carry heat away. The coil uses the factory connector, works with the factory sensors and is OBD II compatible, and most installs take under an hour. Holley's emission code 2 means it is legal on emissions-controlled vehicles when used per the application guide. Holley lists 2004-2006 Scion xA and xB, 2000-2005 Toyota Echo, 2009-2011 Prius, 2012 Prius C and 2006-2012 Yaris applications; confirm fit for your vehicle before ordering.
