An ACCEL SuperCoil coil-on-plug ignition coil molded in ACCEL yellow, made as a direct performance replacement for the factory coil on 1.8L four-cylinder engines. ACCEL rates its SuperCoils at up to 15 percent more spark energy than original-equipment coils, using a silicon steel core and tuned windings.
High-temperature epoxy fill helps it resist shock and vibration and move heat away. It plugs into the factory connector, is OBD II compatible and typically installs in under an hour. Holley's emission code 2 means it is legal on emissions-controlled vehicles when used per the application guide.
